This is an extremely open, fantasy based world. Your character could be nearly anything! Good, evil, chaotic, the alignment is up to you. Your character can also be whatever race you like (human, elf, wizard, sorcerer, werewolf, vampire, etc...) And they can be from whatever region you choose (see the "Regions" tab for a list of all regions in The Vortex.) The possibilities for your character are endless! All you have to do is figure out a backstory.

Also, you can always check out the "Wanted Characters" page to see if you would like to take on one of the requested characters. This can be a great idea as it will already set you up for storylines.

WHAT KIND OF CHARACTERS CAN BE MADE?

1. Always respect the other group members.
2. Follow all group members in the MEMBERS LIST.
3. No god-modding.
4. No overly explicit content/triggers may be carried out on the timeline.
5. Do your best to use proper spelling and grammar.
6. Do your best to be descriptive. Put effort into what you write.
7. No multiverse. Bios must be specific to this fandom. [Should you want to cross fandoms, ask for a portal to be made to link to it.]
8. Have fun!

To join, send a DM to @TheVortexRP and we'll get you started! We are a welcoming group of writers, so joining is stress free. All we require is a bio for your character sent in via twitlonger (mention the group in the twitlonger). Please follow the bio format below when submitting.

Once approved, add the group hashtag #TheVortexRP to your bio so other members can find you easier! It is also recommended that you add a link to the website as well (TheVortexRP.com) though this isn't required.
